Heavy duty rewinder for rewinding of paper web in required reel size
Rewinding is done by friction on double drum rolls duly loaded with chrome coated rider roll
Slitting arrangement is provided with pneumatically loaded top trimming knives
Auto control by auto tension system
Brake power generating system with auto control system
Framing is SS/CI/MS fabricated with proper stiffeners and inported iron slide for rider.
Rider roll is pneumatically loaded and balanced.
Pusher roll for unloading the rewind roll on collection table.
Braking arrangement is pneumatically operated and water cooled drum is provided.
Trim handling system is provided with blower and dual ventury.
Maximum operating speed is up to 1800 Mpm and driven by AC variable speed drive.
